Navo Hire

An AI hiring product that treats semantic understanding — not keyword matching — as the core of better screening.

01 / Overview

The short
version.

An AI hiring product that treats semantic understanding — not keyword matching — as the core of better screening.

Resume screening is a semantic problem disguised as a search problem. Most tools match words. The better question is what a candidate's experience actually means in the context of a role.

Navo Hire is a product of Navo Cloud Solutions built around that question. The system uses two sequentially connected agents: the first converts unstructured resumes into a structured semantic representation, and the second works from that structure to support screening decisions. The technical report documents the architecture and the trade-offs.

The product is designed to give hiring teams speed without pretending that judgement can be automated away. AI can make the pile smaller and more legible. People still make the call.

AI earns its place when it makes human judgement better, not when it pretends to replace it.
