Navo Cloud Solutions
A Kathmandu software company building websites, software, SaaS, mobile apps, and AI systems.
I'm Deepsu Gautam — founder and CEO of Navo Cloud Solutions. I turn hard problems into websites, software, SaaS, mobile apps, and AI systems that actually ship.
The short version: I started with curiosity, learned in public, built for real businesses, and never separated the craft of software from the reality of running one.

“A tea shop taught me what no codebase could: every system is ultimately about people, timing, and trust.”
Before the company, before the AI, before the word founder felt natural, there was a laptop, a pandemic, and a stubborn need to understand how things work.
I was born in 2005 and got into technology in 2019, when the world closed its doors and the internet stayed open. I learned by building — small things first, then paid work, then products people actually depended on.
In 2023 I built my first paid project and opened a tea shop called Suruppa Chiya. Running it changed how I saw software. A business is not a diagram. It is a queue at 6pm, a kitchen under pressure, a customer who needs one thing to work right now.
The pandemic shut the world down. I opened a browser and started learning to code. What began as curiosity became a language, then a craft.
I shipped my first paid project and opened Suruppa Chiya. One taught me how software creates value; the other taught me how a business actually runs.
I joined a company and spent almost a year learning how teams ship, how decisions get made, and where good intentions turn into bad software.
I chose the independent road. Freelance projects and personal builds closed the gaps between what I knew and what the work demanded.
I went deep into applied AI, wrote my first research-style report, and founded Navo Cloud Solutions. Theory became a company.
I wrote a full research paper. In September, a close friend joined Navo. A solo founder's story became a founding team's story.
A company, a handful of products, and research that goes past the demo. Each project starts with a real problem and ends with something people can use.
I care less about collecting logos and more about knowing which tool earns its place. This is the stack I reach for — and the human skills that make it useful.
Interfaces that feel inevitable.
Systems that hold under weight.
Structure before storage.
Models with a product around them.
Closer to the metal.
Most technical problems are business problems wearing a technical coat. I can sit in the room, ask the uncomfortable question, explain the trade-off, and still be the person who ships the answer.
Navo Cloud Solutions is where the work becomes a business: websites, software, SaaS, mobile apps, and AI systems, built from Kathmandu for clients anywhere.
I founded Navo in 2025. In September 2026, a close friend joined, and the company became a shared build.
We are not trying to be the loudest technology company in Nepal. We are trying to be the one that does the work properly: understands the problem, designs the right system, and stays accountable after launch.
That means small teams, direct communication, and a bias toward shipping. It also means knowing when a simple website is the right answer — and when a business needs a platform.
Navo.

Research is how I slow down enough to understand what I'm building. The output is not a paper for its own sake — it is judgement I can use in the next product.
Detection systems that operate under real-world uncertainty, with an emphasis on false positives and human legibility.
Turning unstructured human information into structure that software can reason with — documents, resumes, and language.
The unglamorous work between a model and a product: evaluation, interfaces, failure states, and trust.
The short version of who I am, what I do, and how to work with me. No jargon required.
